In our therapy, we will work thorough your issues and together create a clear path for you to feel in control and content with your life. I will meet you where you are in your journey with acceptance and compassion. I work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, attachment issues and interpersonal concerns such as work, family, intimate partnerships and friendships.

I support clients from a holistic approach, which taps into your physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual self. I use a strength based and creative lens in our work together. My practice draws on existential, humanistic and psychodynamic traditions of Western psychology and is grounded in the wisdom of Eastern philosophies, mindfulness and somatic work.
